Consent

to receive informational newsletters

I, the User of the "Audiodoc Studio" Service (hereinafter the "Subject"), acting freely, of my own will and in my own interest, hereby give to Individual Entrepreneur Andrey Valeryevich Platonov (OGRNIP 319028000023147, INN 027408960228, address: https://studio.audiodoc.co, email: support@studio.audiodoc.co), hereinafter the "Operator", my consent to the processing of my personal data for the purpose of receiving informational newsletters on the following terms:

1. Purpose of personal data processing

The sending of informational and advertising newsletters, including information about new features and capabilities of the Service, special offers, and promotions, as well as other materials of an informational and advertising nature.

2. List of personal data for the processing of which consent is given

  • email address;
  • surname, first name, patronymic (if provided upon registration).

3. List of actions with personal data for which consent is given

Collection, recording, systematization, accumulation, storage, use, deletion, destruction — with the use of automation tools.

4. Method of processing

Automated processing using computer technology.

5. Term of consent

This consent is valid from the moment it is given until the moment it is withdrawn by the Subject.

6. Procedure for withdrawing consent

The Subject has the right to withdraw this consent at any time by one of the following means:

  • clicking the "Unsubscribe" link in any newsletter email;
  • sending a written application to the Operator at the email address: support@studio.audiodoc.co, marked "Unsubscribe from newsletter".

The Operator ceases the sending of newsletters and deletes the Subject's personal data from the newsletter database within 10 (ten) business days from the moment of receipt of the withdrawal.

7. Voluntariness

This consent is not a mandatory condition for registration in the Service or for the use of its functionality. Refusal to provide consent, or its withdrawal, does not entail any restrictions on the use of the Service.

8. Transfer of data to third parties

The Operator does not transfer personal data obtained for newsletter purposes to third parties, except in the cases provided for by the legislation of the Russian Federation.

9. Confirmation

By ticking the box "I want to receive Audiodoc Studio news and give consent to informational newsletters", the Subject confirms that they:

  • have reviewed this Consent in full;
  • provide consent voluntarily;
  • understand that they may unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time.
