Consent

to the processing of personal data

I, the User of the "Audiodoc Studio" Service (hereinafter the "Subject"), acting freely, of my own will and in my own interest, hereby give to Individual Entrepreneur Andrey Valeryevich Platonov (OGRNIP 319028000023147, INN 027408960228, address: https://studio.audiodoc.co, email: support@studio.audiodoc.co), hereinafter the "Operator", my consent to the processing of my personal data on the following terms:

1. Purpose of personal data processing

The provision of services for granting access to the "Audiodoc Studio" Service (transcription of audio and video files), including registration and authorization in the Service, identification of the User, provision of access to the functionality of the Service, accounting of services rendered and settlements, and the sending of service notifications related to the functioning of the Service and the performance of the contract.

2. List of personal data for the processing of which consent is given

  • surname, first name, patronymic (if provided upon registration);
  • email address;
  • IP address;
  • browser and device data (user-agent);
  • data on the use of the Service (transcription history, volume of use).

3. List of actions with personal data for which consent is given

Collection, recording, systematization, accumulation, storage, updating (renewal, modification), extraction, use, transfer (provision, access), blocking, deletion, destruction — with and without the use of automation tools.

4. Method of processing

Automated processing using computer technology.

5. Term of consent

This consent is valid from the moment it is given until the moment it is withdrawn by the Subject, or until the moment the Subject's account in the Service is deleted, whichever event occurs earlier.

6. Procedure for withdrawing consent

The Subject has the right to withdraw this consent at any time by sending a written application to the Operator at the email address: support@studio.audiodoc.co, marked "Withdrawal of consent to the processing of personal data". The Operator ceases the processing of personal data and ensures their destruction within the time limits established by the legislation of the Russian Federation.

7. Consequences of withdrawing consent

In the event of withdrawal of consent, the Operator has the right to continue processing personal data without the Subject's consent where there are grounds provided for by Clauses 2–11 of Part 1 of Article 6 of FZ-152 (including for the performance of the contract, for the protection of life and health, and for the exercise of the rights and legitimate interests of the Operator). In the absence of such grounds, access to the Service may be terminated.

8. Transfer of data to third parties

The Operator does not transfer personal data to third parties, except in the cases provided for by the legislation of the Russian Federation (upon a reasoned request from state authorities) and in cases of engaging third parties to provide services (cloud infrastructure, payment systems) — to the extent necessary for the performance of the contract. The current list of persons entrusted with processing is published in the Personal Data Processing Policy on the Operator's website.

9. Place of processing

The processing of personal data is carried out within the territory of the Russian Federation. Cross-border transfer of personal data is not carried out.

10. Confirmation

By ticking the box "I give consent to the processing of personal data" upon registration in the Service, the Subject confirms that they:

  • have reviewed this Consent in full;
  • have reviewed the Operator's Personal Data Processing Policy;
  • provide consent voluntarily;
  • understand the purposes for which the personal data is collected;
  • have been notified of their rights as a personal data subject.
